Primary Location

I support people therapeutically with mental & life wellness. 

I provide psychotherapeutic counselling, mentoring, and coaching both in-person, and online via secure live video-conferencing (known sometimes as tele-health) to your home, office or anywhere you find safe and private.

I draw holistically from many different therapeutic approaches and evidence-based methods to meet your individual needs and goals – each session is bespoke to you.

Flexible appointments. Typical timeslots:
Mon & Wed: 6-7pm
Tue: 9am – 4pm
Thur & Fri: 9am – 7pm
Sat: 9:30am – 2:30pm

Work full-time (35+ hrs/w): 50-60 mins = £45 (a discount is provided after 6 sessions if requested), 80-90 mins = £60
Working part-time: 50-60 mins session = £40, 80-90 mins session = £55
Student aged 20+: 50-60 mins session = £35, 80-90 mins session = £50 (Current student ID card to be seen)
Student aged 19 and under: 1 hr = £30, 1.5 hrs = £45 (Current student ID card to be seen and proof of age e.g. license)
Trainee counsellor: 50-60 mins session = £30 (proof of current course participation to be seen)
Couples: 1 hr = £60, 1.5 hrs = £75 (e.g. a romantic couple, a parent and their child, two roommates, two friends etc).
