About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and Mental Health Aider (accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health) with 23 years of experience in various fields of counselling including:
Drugs and alcohol,
Depression and anxiety
Relationship issues etc.
My see clients from all walks of life. I also have experience in CBT (problem solving techniques) and will tailor the counselling according to your needs and work at your level of needs.
I work from a very peaceful setting and my aim is to help you feel safe and comfortable and to work at your pace.

I am also an experience supervisor and worked with trainee counsellors who are on placements

I have a varied amount of training and experience including working with the Cycle of Change and Relapse Prevention.
I also work with young children who have been sexually and physically abused, using art and play therapy.
My qualifications are in Psychodynamic/Analytical Counselling (distinction) and I hold a Diploma over the last 24years. I am also a member of the BACP.
I work Monday -Fridays from 9am -7pm and can some Saturdays.
