My qualifications include an MA in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Leicester and a postgraduate certificate in supervision from Metanoia in London. I add to my skills with continuing professional development activities every year. My experience spans 21 years of supervised practice in a huge variety of environments, working with children, young people and adults of all ages.
In therapy I follow the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions, a set of standards from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I’ve been a member of BACP since 1999 and registered since 2013, when the scheme began.
