I am a Counselling Psychologist working with the NHS and private practice.
I have a wide range of experience working within the NHS and in private practice. I offer a non-judgmental, emphatic and relational approach to managing feelings of depression, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and feelings of distress. I will work collaboratively with you to explore ways to offer the best support and insight within the therapeutic relationship. As an integrative practitioner, I work using a range of different theoretical approaches which enables me to work in a way that is unique to each individual. I offer counselling sessions on a long, medium or short-term basis.
I have worked for many years with adults, adolescents and families within the NHS specialising in health populations such as oncology and diabetes and also trauma and anxiety based disorders.
