Libby Thornton

I believe therapy works because we want our lives to be different , we can be resourceful and have the power to change . This can come about when we talk about difficult or confusing feelings .Such feelings can influence how we see the world and relate to others . This may track back to earlier times and you may feel this has become part of you . You may wonder how this can change . However gently uncovering layers may help you see and respond differently.Whilst insight  can be a light bulb moment I feel the shared journey we will take together is equally significant . Better and deeper relationships can come from this .

Empathetic , deeply intuitive yet grounded and experienced I can offer safe and effective therapy .
