Krysia Zalewska

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist with experience of working in the NHS, private and charitable sectors. I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, issues around confidence and self-esteem, or feeling stuck in life and work. My approach is to provide a safe and confidential space in which to explore how difficult experiences in the past can affect the way we feel and act and prevent us experiencing life fully.
