Judith Boyle

Making that first step can be hard. I can appreciate how difficult it is. I am here to provide a safe place and a confidential environment for you.
Hello, my name is Judith and I am here to help you. I am a Person Centred counsellor and for the last 16 years has been working with adults who have had difficult childhoods, such as child and domestic abuse. I have experience in couple counselling or one-on-one counselling whilst also helping you cope with loss, depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. My focus is to build a good relationship with you where you feel safe and at ease so you can then focus on self empowerment by working through any issues that are stopping you leading a happy life.
