I offer talking therapy in a confidential, safe and relaxing environment. It may be easier to talk about personal issues, in an alternative place, with someone who is not involved and is totally non-judgemental.
Counselling is my passion! I believe we were born to be real…not perfect. My belief in the process, how it works and in particular how the working alliance can help you to move forward never stops.

Person Centred Counselling is a non-directive approach. It provides therapeutic support and enables you, the client, to utilise free thinking. It is a highly effective way of personal growth. CBT counselling enables you to examine your thoughts and feelings with a behavioural approach.
