Paula Jane Bantick-Ward

Hello I am Paula and my aim is to make professional counselling accessible, affordable, convenient – so anyone who struggles with life’s challenges can get help. I have experience of working with a range of clients both male and female, couples as well as children from the age of 4 to 18. I also provide counselling in schools for children. I have covered all types of addiction, depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, gender identification, marital problems, sexual issues, divorce and a wide range or other presenting issues.
Making time for yourself through counselling can help you make sense of your faults and feelings, actions and reactions. I have helped many people through their struggles, couples dealing with relationship issues, children and teens with there own personal battles. Covering addictions, rape, abuse, depression, anxiety, illness and bereavement to name but a few.
Life is tough. I am here to help you work through and explore your problems and issues. I will listen to how you feel. Give you your voice. Counselling will be your safe space, to discuss anything you want to in complete confidence, for you to continue life, healthier and happier.
