Annie McLain

Primary Location

The world seems to be changing on a daily basis, bringing about considerable anxiety for most people. Are you are struggling to cope? Need someone to talk to? Feeling anxious, angry, lonely, self-harming, having panic attacks?  Not connecting with others? Looking to make a change, but not sure where to begin? Whatever your reason for having clicked on this link, I would like to try and help you.

My name is Annie and I can provide you with a safe place to talk. I will listen and hear you; and would like to help you figure out a way to make your life better. I am a fully qualified, person-centred counsellor, which means that you decide what you want to bring to each session, and we move forward together from that point.

I am not here to judge; my focus is on being able to build a genuine relationship in which you feel comfortable enough to explore what you want and who you are. I have worked with adults, young people and children from a variety of different backgrounds and with a rainbow of individual needs (including SEN). I hope to be able to meet with you soon.
